We know that as a woman over 50, you may have concerns and questions about your breast health, and that's why we're here to provide you with the essential information you need to know before scheduling your mammogram.

Mammograms are a crucial diagnostic tool for detecting breast cancer early, and we believe that every woman should prioritize regular mammograms as part of their preventative healthcare routine. In this episode, we will discuss what mammograms are, how they work, and what to expect during the procedure.

We'll also address common misconceptions and concerns about mammograms, such as the fear of pain, radiation exposure, and false-positive results. By providing accurate information and dispelling myths, we hope to encourage more women to prioritize their breast health and get regular mammograms.
